A huge selection of media is available to properly develop your message, however select only a combination of media that is suitable. Lastly, ensure to pretest your message for understanding and clarity. These steps should guide your professional communication strategy.

Communication skills are the set of skills that enables a person to convey information so that it is received and understood. A good observer, listener and orator would always capture a great audience. It is a 2-way street with some noise.
ReplyDeleteA Communicator's skill should enable the use of language (any language) and as well to express information. It is a process which could impart information, thoughts and opinions by using visuals such as signs, posters, speech and writing.
However,it is important to note that unless the targeted audience can identify with what is said and with the way it is being delivered, they are not likely to receive and understand the message. Communication does not only depend on articulation, eloquence, rhetoric and pretesting but on the emotional context in which the message is being heard. Try not to form opinions just be a good listener, effective skills in communication calls for attentive listening and sound awareness.
